1. Escrow on every wallet payment

Your money is held securely by AssetFlipz and released to the seller only after you confirm you received the asset as described. The seller never touches your funds before delivery.

2. Verified sellers

Sellers must pass KYC identity verification before they can list. Verified sellers carry a ✓ Verified badge on their profile and listings.

3. Honest listings

Listings show real stats — followers, views, monetization status and any strikes. Misrepresenting an asset (fake followers, hidden strikes, wrong account) is grounds for an instant refund and seller suspension.

4. Order chat evidence

All delivery communication happens in the order chat, which our team can review if something goes wrong. Keep every agreement inside the chat — promises made outside the platform can't be enforced.

5. Disputes & refunds

If delivery fails or the asset isn't as described, open a dispute from the order page. Our team reviews the chat history and listing, then either refunds you in full or releases payment to the seller. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Stay safe

• Never pay a seller directly outside the platform — you lose all protection.
• Never share your email or account passwords before the order is confirmed.
• Check the seller's rating, reviews and verification badge before buying.
• Report suspicious listings with the 🚩 Report button.
